Robert Jones (1951-1986), winner of Mr Texas 1977. He was a popular figure, appearing in advertisements in magazine pages, working as a bartender in bars in San Antonio and Houston.
Here we leave the paper doll of Robert Jones published in TWT magazine with the swimsuit-inspired outfit that is "his trademark"with a big smile and a revealing sexy tan line...

Robert Jones(1951-1986) foi o vencedor Mr Texas 1977. Ele era uma figura popular e trabalhava como bartender nos bares de San Antonio e Houston. Aqui deixamos a paper doll de Robert Jones publicada na revista TWT com o outfit inspirado no fato de banho que é "a sua marca registada", com um grande sorriso e uma reveladora linha de bronzeado sexy... até à próxima!

Steve Dugas (1950- 1999) he won Mr. Texas contest in 1976 as Mr. Houston.
Thirteen years later, he appeared in TWT magazine with his puppies and commented in an interview about his first marriage, his coming out and how he stayed fit and healthy by bowling, playing volleyball and working out at the gym. Steve became the owner of a business called Forever Blooming in Houston.

Steve Dugas (1950-1999) venceu o concurso Mr. Texas em 1976 como Mr.Houston. Treze anos depois, ele apareceu na revista TWT com seus cachorros e comentou em entrevista sobre o seu primeiro casamento, o seu coming out e como se mantinha em forma e com saúde praticando bowling, a jogar voleibol e a fazer exercício no ginásio. Steve tornou-se proprietário de um negócio chamado Forever Blooming em Houston.Partilhem as vossas paper dolls, deixem o vosso comentário e obrigado pela visita. Até à próxima!

Calendar boy

For each month the calendar had a paper doll of the winner of the Mr.Texas contest.
Mr. [Gay] Texas contest according to the magazine TWT:
"There were lots of drag pageants over the years, but this was one for the guys, and was held from roughly 1974 through 1989, covered of course in TWT Magazine."
As far as I could understand, the Mr Texas contest was an annual charity event. All profits were given to the Texas Human Rights Foundation a advocates group. They helped by legal means to prevent anti-LGBT community measures from being used or exercised as an extension of the law.

CJ Harrington was a model, he won different contests including Mr. David in 1973 and Mr.Texas in 1974. He formed the Muscles in action, a male dance company and was responsible for holding fundraising events.
Here we share CJ Harrington's paper doll with the outfit, a pair of cowboy Chaps, he worn in the Mr. Texas contest as Mr. Houston.
