Inktober paper dolls 11th day: work/ occupation

Hello everyone! I'm back to the Inktober paper doll challenge suggested by Miss Missy Paper dolls (a little late, I'll admit!)  The theme for the 11th was work / occupation. I was inspired by Rosie the Riveter, is a cultural icon of World War II and a symbol of American feminism and women's economic power. Late it was used to create motivation at work and became a symbol of girl power.

The theme for the 12th day will be: Sport.

Olá a todos! Estou de volta ao desafio da boneca de papel da Inktober sugerido pelas bonecas Miss Missy Paper (um pouco tarde, eu admito!) O tema do dia 11 era trabalho / ocupação. Eu fui inspirado por Rosie the Riveter, é um ícone cultural da Segunda Guerra Mundial e um símbolo do feminismo americano e do poder econômico das mulheres. Mais tarde, foi usado para criar motivação no trabalho e se tornou um símbolo do poder feminino.

O tema do 12º dia será: desporto. Até logo!

Inktober paper dolls 10th day: Hobby

The theme for the 10th day of Inktober paper doll challenge suggested by Miss Missy Paper dolls was: Hobby.I thought I couldn't lost the oppurtunitie to make a reference to one of my prefered hobbies which is ... Paper dolls!
I got inspiration on a pin up girl by Edward Runci (1920-1985) named Cut out doll (1953).

The theme for the 11th day will be: work/ occupation

 
P.s. I'm doing this on my lunch time... I promise that I'll post in better quality in the end of the challenge.

Inktober paper dolls 9th day: Food

 The theme of the 9th day was: Food. So I dont know why the first thing which came to my mind was the infamous meat dress from Nicola Formichetti dressed by lady Gaga on MTV video Awards in 2010. I'm not apologist of this dress... but I hadn't a better idea. :(

 The next theme for the 10th day according to Miss Missy Paper dolls prompt list will be : Hobby . I hope i get a better one. :)

Inktober paper dolls 8th day: Animal

 

Has you known I'm following the Miss Missy's challenge Inktober paper doll 2018.
 

The theme of the 8th day was: Animal. I share here with you the outfit that I drew inspired in Erte's Leopard fashion sketch. 

Erté (1892-1990) "was a 20th-century artist and designer in an array of fields, including fashion, jewellery, graphic arts, costume and set design for film, theatre, and opera, and interior decor. "

Inktober paper dolls 7th day: cosplay

Here we go on the 7 th day of Miss Missy's challenge Inktober paper doll 2018.

The theme for today is Cosplay and the character I chose for is Emília, a cloth doll that speaks like people. It is a  character of the Sítio do Picapau Amarelo of the brazilian writer Monteiro Lobato (1882-1946). Emília became popular in my childhood in the 80's when she was played by the actress Reny de Oliveira (São Paulo, December 28, 1947) in the television series.

 Aqui vamos nós no sétimo dia do desafio de Miss Missy para Inktober paper doll 2018. O tema de hoje é Cosplay e o personagem que eu escolhi é Emília, uma boneca de pano que fala como pessoas. É um personagem do Sítio do Picapau Amarelo do escritor brasileiro Monteiro Lobato (1882-1946). Emília se tornou popular na minha infância na década de 80, quando foi interpretada pela actriz Reny de Oliveira (São Paulo, 28 de dezembro de 1947) na série televisiva. Até amanhã com o tema: Animal.
